What Next? An unfolding case study game The What Next? game guides learners through the complexities of care of the adult client in the medical surgical setting. This game can be used for individual learners or groups of learners. Using an unfolding case study approach, learners build an unfolding case by selecting a client by  age, gender and diagnosis, then by adding "random events" from the game deck.
